Orders are processed and shipped as soon as they are complete, typically within 4, 6, or 8 business days depending on your selected option at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays) via USPS. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.
No, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We currently ship only within the United States.
Returns/Exchanges: All custom-made items are final sale and non-refundable. Exchanges will only be accepted in the event of a printing or manufacturing defect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to deny exchanges that do not meet these criteria. All return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This policy is in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Tracking information will be automatically generated and sent to you via your website profile, under the order status section, once your order ships.
Gift messages are absolutely welcome! We love helping make your celebrations and events as special and personalized as possible. However, we do not offer special packaging options at this time.
