How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
Orders are processed and shipped as soon as they are complete, typically within 5-7 business days if you need it expedited please reach out to me. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays) via USPS. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we currently ship within the United States only. We’re exploring international shipping options and will update our policy soon!
What is your return or exchange policy?
All items that are custom made are not refundable. But please reach out to me and I will do what I can to make it right! Anything that was premade that you bought from crafting corner will be refundable and or exchanged. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a USPS tracking link via email. You can also log in to your account and view your order status at any time.
Can I include a gift message or special packaging?
Yes! You can include a short gift message during checkout. We’ll print it on a small card and include it in your package.
